Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Community Affairs Specialist to support community engagement activities for their data center project in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in public policy/government affairs or community affairs settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of public policy experience
  • Skilled at persuasively advocating policy positions publicly
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing partnerships with AHJs and other key stakeholders
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives
