Role OverviewPlans, organizes and coordinates community involvement activities and parent volunteer services for Head Start and other early childhood education programs. Secures community resources and parental involvement in support of children’s development.
What You Will Do
Plans Early Childhood Education programs and operations related to family and community involvement, including setting goals; directing staff and overseeing budgets; evaluates and assesses program activities to ensure goals and standards are met.

Requirements
- Associate degree OR a Family Development Credential and high school diploma
- Two (2) years of experience involving parental coaching, community outreach, and social services work
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, email, ChildPlus, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Exceptional time management skills, ability to make informed decisions, and ability to analyze data and situations
