Job Description
Montgomery College has an immediate need for a full-time Community Arts Program Manager located on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional weekend and evening hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, educational technology, arts, or discipline related to the respective program.
  • Three years of related experience including two years of program leadership/management experience.
  • Training in communications, marketing, program supervision, leadership, writing, public speaking, project management, and instructional design and/or teaching strategies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workforce development and/or continuing education programs, management, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of performing arts disciplines and best practices in those disciplines
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
