Job Description
Montgomery College has an immediate need for a full-time Community Arts Program Manager located on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional weekend and evening hours.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, educational technology, arts, or discipline related to the respective program.
Three years of related experience including two years of program leadership/management experience.
Training in communications, marketing, program supervision, leadership, writing, public speaking, project management, and instructional design and/or teaching strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge of workforce development and/or continuing education programs, management, best practices, and emerging trends.
Demonstrated knowledge of performing arts disciplines and best practices in those disciplines
Demonstrated customer service experience
