Community Behavioral Health Worker I-FAST

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio. We are seeking an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker to work in Fairfield County, OH, collaborating with youth and families experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses, including complex cases of children at risk for out-of-home placement.

What You Will Do

Engage individuals and families in home and community settings to identify strengths, barriers, and goals. Provide direct interventions using the I-FAST treatment model, conduct thorough assessments, and participate in treatment planning with schools, courts, and care management entities. Provide care in home and community-based settings, engage primary caregivers and community agency staff, and attend regular training and supervision.

Requirements

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field or three years of relevant experience is required
• 2-3 years direct experience in healthcare, behavioral health or related field is preferred
• Experience with community services within various kinds of populations is required
• Experience working with multisystems such as: Court Systems, Child Protective Services, Schools, OhioRise, Family and Children First Council is required
• Experience working with complex family systems and youth who are experiencing severe emotional/mental health issues is preferred
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families is preferred
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required
• Advanced organizational skills are required
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required
• Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
• An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle or company vehicle to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings
• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
• Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
• Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required
