Job Description
Join our team as a Community Clinician to make a significant impact today! As a Community Clinician, you will provide clinical assessment and evaluation of treatment programs for an on-going primary caseload of clients for a behavioral health treatment team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health care field
  • Two years of experience working independently using clinical case management techniques in a behavioral health setting
  • Current Connecticut license as a Registered Nurse or hold a Multistate or Compact Registered Nurse license
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology or other clinical discipline
  • Experience providing clinical outpatient treatment in the community for adults with severe and prolonged mental illness, addiction, and co-morbid medical conditions
  • Experience completing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans
  • Experience performing intake (psychosocial) assessments and person-centered recovery planning
  • Experience providing evidence-based individual, family and group treatment
