Job Description
Bentley Systems is seeking a Community, Communications & Engagement Manager (Product & Technology) to lead engagement with 1,600+ employees in its Product, Technology, and UX organization. This role will involve nurturing expert communities, crafting communications, and managing internal initiatives. The position is split roughly 50:50 between Community and Internal Communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software, including enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience building and managing communities in product or technology.
  • Experience working in a product-led software organization.
  • Public speaking, blogging, content development, and event facilitation experience.
  • Existing network from a diverse set of communities and social media platforms.
  • Facilitating complex and sensitive community management situations.
  • Working independently and autonomously.
