Job Description
We are seeking compassionate caregivers who willing to open both their hearts and homes to become a Community Companion Home provider to a person with a developmental disability. As a provider you will be giving an individual with a developmental disability an opportunity to live in a natural family environment, and contributing to his/her overall quality of life.

Requirements

  • Patient and empathetic
  • Willing to assist with everyday tasks such as self-care, bathing, medication management, and transport to medical appointments
  • Ability to provide social and emotional support
  • Flexibility to accommodate individual needs and preferences

Benefits

  • Monthly payment for each individual living in their home - a flat rate for room & board and a reimbursement for care to the individual based on their level of need
