Job Description
Walton Communities develops, owns, and manages multifamily apartment communities throughout Georgia. The Community Consultant ensures residents and prospects have a unique experience, focusing on marketing, sales, resident relations, and community building.

Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand / walk for extended period if needed. Must be able to drive a golf cart. Must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • College Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous sales & customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, Flexible, Strong verbal & written communication skills
