Role OverviewThe Community Coordinator will support the implementation of workforce and education strategies designed to increase employment and career advancement opportunities for CityFHEPS participants through employer engagement, education and training partnerships, participant support, and account management.
What You Will Do
Conduct labor market research, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers and training providers, obtain and manage job orders, conduct client assessments, and plan and coordinate employer interviews and hiring events.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
- At least one year of experience as described in '1' above
