Role OverviewThe Community Coordinator will work in the Medical Division's Behavioral Care and Support Section, overseeing the health and well-being of all members of the service. The role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating programs that provide important services to affected individuals. The Community Coordinator will also prepare evaluation reports, perform analyses, and review program plans of outside agencies' mental health/public safety initiatives.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Community Coordinator include performing difficult work in identifying and evaluating funding sources, planning and implementing programs, preparing evaluation reports, researching best practices, and providing direct contact services to affected individuals.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the above requirements
