Job Description
Part-Time Community (Custodian) Porter position available at Rum River Apartments in Isanti, MN. Responsible for maintaining common areas, unit turns, and providing excellent first impression. 18.00/hour base salary with additional benefits.
Requirements
General property maintenance and property area cleaning.
Responsible for daily touch up cleaning of tour path and show apartment homes.
May assist with light apartment maintenance with introduction to in home service requests.
