Role OverviewAs a Community Director, you will manage the sales process, community operations, and team management programs at Carmel at Woodcreek West, a 222-home Lewis-owned apartment community, located in Roseville, CA.
What You Will Do
Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, supervision of sales, leasing, and marketing activities, preparing and analyzing budget reports, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
