Role OverviewAs the Community Director, you will oversee all aspects of property operations for The Enclave at Terra Vista, a beautiful Lewis community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and management programs that maintain optimum occupancy levels, drive income, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Provide consistent leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff, oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property marketing initiatives, hire, motivate, train, monitor, and reward employees, review and analyze reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends, ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction and retention, utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel) to manage operations efficiently.
