Role OverviewThe Community Engagement Manager will lead InCommunities initiatives for the AWS Data Center Community, serving as the subject matter expert on external issues management and community relations. This role requires understanding and supporting the AWS business, identifying and collaborating with partner organizations and key stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Community Engagement Manager will lead strategy development and execute bespoke community engagement plans for major development projects, design and execute signature events and programs, and own internal and external communications for community engagement programs.

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- 10+ years of public policy, government relations, community relations, public affairs, corporate social responsibility, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting major infrastructure development projects
