Role OverviewThe Community Engagement/Outreach Coordinator serves as a liaison between the organization and the community by establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with local officials, community-based organizations, and the general public. The role involves coordinating and participating in community events, conducting public relations and outreach efforts, identifying community service opportunities, and ensuring effective communication between the agency and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop, establish, and sustain strong relationships with community officials at all levels to enhance collaboration and support for agency initiatives. Coordinate, lead, and actively participate in public relations activities, including speaking engagements, community events, council meetings, and public forums.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual meeting platforms
