Job Description
This role supports students in a residential school environment by providing supervision, mentorship, and leadership in daily community life and experiential learning programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for working with high school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to handle challenges in a dynamic residential setting
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Backpacking, Whitewater rafting and/or kayaking, Transferable skills from another outdoor or experiential sport
  • Ability to uphold community norms, model positive behavior, and maintain a safe learning and living environment
  • Willingness to participate in residential supervision, outdoor expeditions, and auxiliary program roles
  • Openness to working with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff in a team-oriented environment
