Role OverviewHeartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in their homes or community-based locations in the Greater Greenville area. This part-time role involves implementing evidence-based interventions to support clients with Autism in achieving their goals.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data accurately using electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients and their families.
