Role OverviewThe Community Impact Specialist leads the implementation and coordination of the Community School strategy at the assigned UCP Charter School campus. They work closely with the school principal, UCP district liaison, and leadership team to ensure Community School programming aligns with school improvement priorities and student needs.
What You Will Do
The Community Impact Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Community School strategy, facilitate implementation of initiatives aligned with Full-Service Community School pillars, and coordinate the development and implementation of the site-level Community School Continuous Improvement Plan.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, public administration, community development, or a related field
- Experience working in education, youth development, community programs, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience coordinating programs, partnerships, or community initiatives
- Experience working with diverse student populations and families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, universities, and community organizations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
- Experience with data collection, program evaluation, and reporting
- Knowledge of community resources and family support services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
