Role OverviewThe Community Investments Officer guides complex Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) transactions from development to investment approval and closing. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to analyze and close tax credit investment opportunities.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain relationships with external partners, analyze prospective investment opportunities, complete due diligence, and review financing and regulatory documents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three years recent syndication, underwriting, financial, or credit analysis experience
- Fundamental understanding of financial analysis
- Experience with balance sheet, income, and cash flow statements
- Knowledge of LIHTC or other federal financing programs
- Familiarity with legal documents supporting real estate transactions or loans
