Community Liaison - Hospice

The Community Liaison will serve as the face of Adoration Hospice, promoting hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. The role will involve visiting hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities, building relationships with doctors and referral partners, and attending community events to raise awareness and represent the brand.

What You Will Do

The Community Liaison will visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services, build relationships with doctors and referral partners, and attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand. They will also track and manage outreach activity, use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts, and educate families and professionals on hospice benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience
• Current and valid state driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaboration with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served
