Role Overview

Seeking a motivated, compassionate sales professional to build strong relationships within the healthcare community and promote hospice services. This role focuses on expanding awareness, generating referrals, and supporting families in understanding end-of-life care options.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and healthcare partners, conduct regular outreach visits, drive referral growth, educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice services, and guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills, ability to work with clinical and administrative healthcare staff, and prior clinical experience are a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience
  • Hospice or palliative care experience
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
