Role OverviewLegacy Hospice is seeking a self-driven, compassionate Community Liaison to join our dynamic team serving the Fishersville area. As our Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative), you’ll be the face of Legacy Hospice, championing our mission and promoting our specialized services throughout the community.
What You Will Do
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and healthcare partners, to strengthen collaboration and trust within the medical community. Drive referral growth through regular, intentional visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
- Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred
- Prior clinical experience is a plus
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
