Role OverviewSupports the Norton Valley Hope facility as a field-based position with remote work opportunities. The Community Liaison will develop strategies to maximize admissions, conduct referral development contacts, and promote new services/programs to referral sources.
What You Will Do
Develops and implements a comprehensive business development plan, coordinates potential admissions, collects and maintains data, and handles potential referral source complaints and concerns.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a good business awareness, and the ability to work within a budget. Experience working in SUD/Behavioral Health is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, public relations, marketing or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) years’ experience with customer service, project planning/management, community outreach, or sales and networking with healthcare referral sources
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
