Role OverviewAs a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and collaboration between our organization and the community we serve. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our organization's services and build partnerships.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders, identifying and addressing community needs, providing education and support to patients and families, participating in community events, collaborating with the care team, and developing accurate records and reports.
