Job Description
Thomas Allen is seeking a Community Living Counselor to assist individuals in realizing their goals and promoting their well-being. The counselor will work with a dynamic team to provide person-centered support services.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Commitment to person-centered supports
  • Mature and polite demeanor
  • Excellent team-playing, listening, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Department of Human Services background clearance
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to transport individuals
  • Proficiency in English language
