Role OverviewJoin Easterseals as a Community Living Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. This role provides daily assistance, education, and advocacy as outlined in individual support plans.
What You Will Do
Provide daily support, education, and mentoring to individuals with disabilities, including bathing, personal hygiene, cooking, and transportation. Administer medications and provide medical care as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
