Role OverviewAs a Community Living Supervisor at Easterseals, you'll provide day-to-day supervision of employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position oversees the implementation of service plans, ensures individuals' outcomes and objectives are being met, and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.
