What You Will Do
Conduct daily property walks to maintain cleanliness and outstanding curb appeal, pick up trash and debris, operate pressure washers, report maintenance concerns, organize maintenance storage areas, prepare vacant apartment homes, and provide customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess one or more years of make-ready, groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or related maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, ability to communicate in Spanish, strong attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
