What You Will Do
Team building, marketing and leasing, maintenance service, make ready, resident relations and events, vendor management, cost control, compliance and reporting, and miscellaneous activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A candidate with supervisory skills in directing others, interpersonal skills, planning and execution, problem solving, and technology-driven skills is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience as a Community Manager is preferable
- 1-2 years of experience in property management (multi-family apartments)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
