Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Crossroad Commons, a 216 unit apartment community in Manor, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including supervising staff, maintaining resident relations, and ensuring the physical appearance and cleanliness of the community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in multifamily property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think independently and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred
  • Accounting and administrative background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups of people
  • Ability to think independently, work with minimal supervision, and coach, mentor and manage others
