Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Emblem at Tower, a 324 unit apartment community in Manor, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including supervising staff, handling resident issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred
  • Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred
  • Accounting and administrative background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups of people
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus
  • Reliable and have exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think independently, work with minimal supervision, and coach, mentor and manage others
