Role OverviewThis role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including managing team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Manager ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will provide input into the development of budgets, meet targeted revenues, approve invoices, control expenditures, oversee the lease enforcement process, gather and analyze market trends, promote resident satisfaction and retention, conduct regular property inspections, supervise property staff, and complete various accounting and financial reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite)
- Management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate and team members
