Dominium is helping tackle the affordable housing crisis by seeking a motivated Community Manager to join our team at Maison at Solivita Marketplace, a 396 unit apartment community in Kissimmee, FL.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred
  • Accounting and administrative background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred
