Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to join their team at Pinewood, a 240 unit apartment community in Houston, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the property, maximizing occupancy and collections, and establishing a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents.
Requirements
2-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred
Accounting and administrative background preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups of people
