Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Community Manager to join their team at Pinewood, a 240 unit apartment community in Houston, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the property, maximizing occupancy and collections, and establishing a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred
  • Accounting and administrative background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups of people
