Job Description
The Community Manager is responsible for the success of the asset, managing site team members, providing exceptional service to residents and prospects, and enhancing the value of the asset.

Requirements

  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with property management software; Entrata experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles required
  • Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required
