Job Description
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a residential property, including team management, financial management, leasing and marketing, facilities, customer service, and risk control. They must have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in property management, particularly in student housing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in property management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
