Community Manager - Villas at Pasadena

We are hiring an Apartment Community Manager at Villas at Pasadena in Pasadena, CA. Our Community Managers are true business leaders who direct operations, sales, finances, and team development.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop a team of at least 2+ direct reports, provide exemplary service to residents and team members, responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
• Flexible schedule availability to work during our office hours
• Reliable transportation
