Role Overview

As Community Manager, Chile, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing our local community, strengthening Coolbet’s presence in the Chilean market through social media, events, influencer partnerships, and direct customer engagement.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow Coolbet’s social media presence and online communities in Chile, create and curate content, support customer acquisition and retention initiatives, build relationships with influencers and stakeholders, and represent and protect Coolbet’s brand identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing social media channels, online communities, and performance reporting across digital platforms
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, media partners, or strategic partnerships
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and community engagement strategies
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
