As our Community Manager II, you'll lead your on-site team, own the financials, and shape the resident experience from day one. This role is built for someone who thrives on complexity, managing multi-family and senior-aged housing communities, up to large 250+unit properties, or sites with dual entities and multiple budgets.
What You Will Do
As our Community Manager II, you'll lead your team, own the numbers, master the systems, fill the property, protect the community, build resident loyalty, and be the steady hand on-site. You'll use approved AI tools to evaluate opportunities to streamline workflows and critically review and verify AI-generated content for accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and alignment with the Towbes Group standards.

Requirements
- Valid CA Real Estate License
- ARM, CAM, or CCRM certification
- 2+ years in a Community Manager role or higher
- Proficiency with Yardi and CRM IQ
- Willingness to live on-site as the property's responsible party
- A clean DMV record and background check
- Strong financial acumen and comfort managing complex, high-stakes properties
