Requirements

  • Experience working in community management, property management, HOA, or senior or active adult communities preferred
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/pre-development environment
  • Professional demeanor with a strong understanding of confidentiality and boundaries
  • Comfortable working with older adults in a respectful and service-oriented manner
  • Proficiency with basic office software and virtual communication tools
