Job Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to work at Whispering Sands and surrounding properties in Anthony, TX. The Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned property, including financial management, resident retention, and adherence to Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements

  • Frequent interaction with residents and proactively responding to their needs
  • Achieving the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control
  • Developing yearly operating and capital budget plans
  • Monitoring and enforcing resident lease obligations
  • Maintaining strict adherence to State and Federal Fair Housing Laws
