Independent Management Services is a full-service property management and marketing firm seeking a self-motivated Community Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have superior attention to detail and outstanding communications skills, with a passion for a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Day-to-day management of all phases of the operation of the community
  • Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired
  • Sales-minded individual with attention to detail
  • Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs
  • Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite preferred
