Job Description
Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Community Manager to join their on-site community team to support a positive experience for residents. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing an apartment community, overseeing maintenance and office teams, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the overall management of an apartment community
  • Oversee maintenance and office teams
  • Train team members on customer service and apartment sales techniques
  • Meet with team members to discuss strengths and development opportunities
  • Maintain personnel levels, coordinate schedules, and delegate effectively
  • Interview and hire qualified candidates
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Successfully evaluate and resolve resident concerns
  • Process and evaluate applications and lease renewals
  • Investigate and enforce rules of occupancy
  • Work with leaders to set and adhere to operational budgets
