Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Springs at Egan Drive residential apartment community in Savage, MN. This position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to receive additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential community management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Sharp business mind with hands-on experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience
  • Tech-savvy with experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot
  • Flexible schedule environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
