Job Description
We are recruiting a friendly self-motivated individual to join our company as a Community Manager. The position is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned property, managing on-site staff, leading leasing and marketing activities, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Tax Credit and HUD experience required
  • Yardi Voyager experience required
  • Strong financial management skills and budgeting experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background screening and drug test required
