They will oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will drive community initiatives, foster collaborative relationships, ensure financial accountability, maintain risk management compliance, develop and motivate teams, guide strategic decisions, and engage the community.

Requirements
- Three or more years of onsite community management experience
- Bachelor's degree, designations, or certifications in a related field
- CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate change and resilience in addressing challenges
- Ability to recognize and regulate own behaviors and reactions
- Open to feedback from others and committed to professional and personal growth
