What You Will Do
Drive community initiatives, ensure financial accountability, maintain risk management compliance, develop and motivate teams, guide strategic decisions, and engage the community.

Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government)
- Education: Bachelor's degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred)
- CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states)

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and listen to diverse stakeholders
