Role OverviewThe Community Manager is the powerhouse that drives the community. They manage and coordinate people, activities, and available resources to provide a seamless community to residents, future residents, visitors, and team members. The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of the community's operation and performance.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations of the community, drive occupancy and NOI through strategic marketing and leasing, manage resident relations, conflict resolution, and retention efforts, and lead a high-performing team to achieve occupancy, rent growth, and customer service goals.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in property management, with at least one year as a Community Manager
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A sharp, professional appearance
- Must be able to walk the property, which includes climbing stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, and carry supplies
- Stand for extended periods of time
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
