Role OverviewThe Community Manager will be the human connection between NoGigiddy and its community of hundreds of thousands of side hustlers, gig workers, and earners. They will moderate, engage, inspire, and listen to the community, and bring insights back to the team to make the platform better.
What You Will Do
Manage and moderate online community spaces, respond to member questions and feedback, create community content, identify top community members, collect feedback, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing or growing an online community
- Strong written communication with a warm, authentic voice
