Role OverviewThe Community Manager will play an important role in the success of 4 properties in Mankato, MN. They will be responsible for maintaining occupancy, driving renewals, and overall resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, well organized, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
What You Will Do
The Community Manager will be responsible for understanding property management standards, maintaining positive resident relations, and ensuring the property is leased to maximum occupancy. They will also perform office administration duties, including rent collection and community policy enforcement.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an engaging personality, able to take pride in their work and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
- Proven work experience minimum of 1 year as a manager or similar role in multifamily management
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
